Jones is responsible for SEEBURGER’s worldwide partner program as well as reseller and ISV channel sales for the widely adopted SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS), the only integration platform on the market that consolidates trading partner communications, secure file/data sharing and other B2B integration functions in one administrative view and audit trail for easier management, governance and compliance. Her accomplishments over the past year have included:
- Spearheading an SAP-focused partner program for VARs and system integrators serving mid-market SAP shops, leveraging seamless integration between BIS and SAP developed over more than two decades to help customers enhance the value of their SAP deployments.
- Facilitating the addition of new partners in APAC, EMEA and the Americas, including five large global system integration firms that have become strategic alliance partners serving enterprise customers as well as numerous new channel partners in all geographies.
- Creating new partner support systems that help reduce the cost of sales, including online opportunity registration and a new partner portal that automate many business processes for partners as well as enabling SEEBURGER to process and qualify opportunities with a few clicks.
“For partners, our Business Integration Suite offers three key benefits. It drives key business process efficiencies across all verticals. It can manage multiple business integration and file sharing functions, enabling the sale of multiple components to the same customer. And its tight integration with SAP provides lucrative opportunities for add-on sales to SAP shops ,” said Rohit Khanna, Executive Vice President of Global Strategy and Corporate Development, SEEBURGER. “Michelle is making a significant contribution in enhancing the resources we provide to the channel to take advantage of these incremental revenue opportunities.”
Jones previously headed channel operations at Ariba, Inc., a leading provider of collaborative business commerce solutions; served as Senior Director, Channel Strategy for Infor, a business software and services provider; and worked in channel sales and operations roles for software vendors CA and AspenTech. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and an MBA in International Business from Georgia State University.
